Welcome Message

A united legal profession of Sri Lanka, since 1st January 1974 established the Bar Association of Sri Lanka, including all Attorneys –at- Law of the Supreme Court.

The Bar Association of Sri Lanka is the only and official body, which represents the Attorneys –at- Law in the country. It's primary object is to protect the interests, rights and privileges and to promote the welfare of the members belonging to the noble profession.

The Association has a network of 72 branches all over the country and up to

the date 24th June 2009 includes 8930 members of the legal profession working

in different spheres as practitioners legal officers and instructing Attorneys.
